    Denise McConachie, M.Ed., Owner - Denise McConachie graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education and a Master of Education Degree with certification credentials in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, and Middle School Education. Denise also has a minor degree in Science with an emphasis in physics. Denise taught Kindergarten for eleven years and has been on staff as an Adjunct Associate Professor of Early Childhood Education at Missouri Baptist University since 1997. Denise is an asset to The Goddard St. Charles due to her 27 years of experience in Education and Early Learning as well as up to date knowledge in the field of Early Childhood Education as a university professor. Denise is a proud mother of two children who attended The Goddard School when they were younger. Please feel free to stop by and visit Denise.     Abbie, our center director, has been with The Goddard School since August 2017. She has a BA in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. She is furthering her education and working towards an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education at St Charles Community College. Abbie has vast range of experience from being a lead teacher, assistant teacher, office administrator and now as a full-time director. In her spare time, Abbie likes to spend time with her family and friends, work-out, and travel. She also is a Varsity Cheerleading Coach at Francis Howell High School.

    Brittany-PreK Room Teacher Brittany has been a dedicated member of the Goddard family since 2015. She holds a bachelor's degree in Child and Family Development from the University of Central Missouri. Brittany is a proud mother to her daughter and son, and she cherishes spending quality time traveling and creating memories with her family. As a teacher at Goddard, Brittany finds joy in watching children grow, learn, and discover new things each day in the classroom. Her passion for fostering growth and development in young learners makes her a valued member of the Goddard team.

    Carlie-Infant Teacher: Carlie is currently enrolled at Southern New Hampshire University, pursuing a B.A. in Early Childhood Education. Passionate about early childhood education, Kimberly's favorite aspect of teaching is witnessing the growth and development of her students. Before joining The Goddard School, Michelle gained valuable experience as a teacher at Kinder Care, further solidifying her expertise in early childhood education. She spends her personal time expanding her own horizons by learning French and mastering the ukulele.

A graduate of Holt High School, Ava is currently pursuing a degree in Special Education at Lindenwood University. In addition to her role in the classroom, Ava serves as an office assistant, contributing to the smooth operation of the school’s front office.     Jake joined The Goddard School St. Charles in August 2019 and has been an integral part of the team ever since. He is currently pursuing a degree in Education at The University of Missouri St. Louis, with a strong passion for fostering growth and development in young learners. Jake is deeply committed to creating a positive and engaging environment for the children he works with, building strong connections with each student to better support their individual needs and milestones. Prior to joining Goddard, she worked in private home health care with the elderly and ran her own home daycare for approximately 23 years. At Goddard, Jennifer is passionate about creating a safe and nurturing classroom environment where students can grow, learn, and explore while developing problem-solving skills. Outside of the classroom, Jennifer enjoys caring for her German shepherd dogs and capturing the beauty of the world around her through photography.
