• Denise

  Denise McConachie, M.Ed., Owner - Denise McConachie graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education and a Master of Education Degree with certification credentials in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, and Middle School Education. Denise also has a minor degree in Science with an emphasis in physics. Denise taught Kindergarten for eleven years and has been on staff as an Adjunct Associate Professor of Early Childhood Education at Missouri Baptist University since 1997. Denise is an asset to The Goddard St. Charles due to her 27 years of experience in Education and Early Learning as well as up to date knowledge in the field of Early Childhood Education as a university professor. Denise is a proud mother of two children who attended The Goddard School when they were younger. Please feel free to stop by and visit Denise. • Abigail

  Abbie, our center director, has been with The Goddard School since August 2017. She has a BA in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. She is furthering her education and working towards an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education at St Charles Community College. Abbie has vast range of experience from being a lead teacher, assistant teacher, office administrator and now as a full-time director. In her spare time, Abbie likes to spend time with her family and friends, work-out, and travel. She also is a Varsity Cheerleading Coach at Francis Howell High School.

• Olivia

  Olivia has been with The Goddard School St. Charles since July 2019. She is currently working towards her Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from Central Methodist University. She has professionally matured in The Goddard School St. Charles as an assistant teacher, lead teacher, office administrator, and now a full-time director. In her personal life, Olivia loves to spend time with her children, Maverick and Riley whom both attend The Goddard School St. Charles, and her dog Lily. She enjoys going on river floats and taking hikes with her family.

• Brittany

  Brittany-PreK Room Teacher Brittany has been a dedicated member of the Goddard family since 2015. She holds a bachelor's degree in Child and Family Development from the University of Central Missouri. Brittany is a proud mother to her daughter and son, and she cherishes spending quality time traveling and creating memories with her family. As a teacher at Goddard, Brittany finds joy in watching children grow, learn, and discover new things each day in the classroom. Her passion for fostering growth and development in young learners makes her a valued member of the Goddard team.

• Catherine

  Catherine-Resource Teacher. Catherine joined The Goddard School St. Charles in September 2024 and is passionate about having a positive impact on children’s lives. She enjoys watching them learn and grow, and finds joy in being part of their developmental journey. Outside of work, Catherine loves spending time with her dog and hanging out with her five siblings, creating lasting memories with her family. Her dedication to fostering a supportive and nurturing environment makes her a wonderful addition to The Goddard School team.

• Christine

  Christine-Pre-K Room Teacher. Chris has been an integral part of The Goddard School team since November 2018. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. Chris plays a key role in the school's enrichment program, where she fosters creativity and helps prepare children for Kindergarten. Her passion for teaching stems from the curiosity and enthusiasm children bring to learning, making every day an exciting and rewarding experience. Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending quality time with her three children and their dogs. An outdoor enthusiast, she loves traveling, cruising, and relaxing at the beach. Her commitment to nurturing young minds and her zest for life make her a valued member of the Goddard School community.

• Kimberly

  Kimberly-Infant Room Teacher. Kimberly has been a valued member of The Goddard School family since September 2022. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from the University of Missouri. Before joining The Goddard School, Kimberly honed her teaching skills in the Rockwood School District, where she worked for several years. Passionate about early childhood education, Kimberly's favorite aspect of teaching is witnessing the growth and development of her students. She cherishes the moments of wonder and discovery that light up her students' eyes as they learn and explore. Outside the classroom, Kimberly is a talented photographer who enjoys capturing life's special moments. She also loves traveling, spending quality time with her children, and caring for her beloved dogs. Kimberly’s dedication to her students and zest for life make her an inspiring and nurturing educator.

• Laurie

  Laurie-Infant Room Teacher. Laurie has been a valued member of The Goddard School St. Charles since January 2016. She is passionate about watching children experience new milestones, especially the joy of learning how to do things for the first time, and witnessing their growth and development. Outside of her professional life, Laurie enjoys spending quality time with her family, creating lasting memories together. Her dedication to nurturing and supporting children makes her a cherished part of The Goddard School community.

• Michelle

  Michelle-Preschool Room Teacher. Michelle joined The Goddard School in St. Charles in November 2024 and has been a dedicated and passionate educator ever since. A proud graduate of Thomas Jefferson High School, Michelle has discovered her true calling in our preschool classrooms. She thrives on creating a safe and nurturing environment where children can explore, grow, and achieve their developmental milestones. Before joining The Goddard School, Michelle gained valuable experience as a teacher at Kinder Care, further solidifying her expertise in early childhood education. Fluent in Spanish, Michelle brings a unique perspective and cultural richness to her teaching, helping to foster a diverse and inclusive learning environment. Outside of the classroom, Michelle enjoys singing, playing the piano, and spending quality time with her beloved dog. Her dedication to both her students and her personal interests makes her a well-rounded and inspiring member of our team.

• Niya

  Niya-Preschool Room Teacher. Niya has been a valued member of The Goddard School family since 2023. She is passionate about working with children, finding joy in watching them grow and develop while discovering the unique quirks that shape their personalities. Niya takes great pride in fostering a nurturing environment that supports each child's individual journey. Outside of her professional life, Niya enjoys spending time cleaning her house, hanging out with her little sister, and cooking meals with her mom for their family. Her warm and caring nature makes her a wonderful addition to The Goddard School community.

• Salene

  Salene-Toddler Room Teacher. Salene has been a valued member of The Goddard School family since 2018. A graduate of Hazelwood West High School, she has gained extensive experience working in various classrooms but has truly found her passion in the toddler room. Salene loves being part of each child’s developmental journey, marveling at their creative thinking and unique personalities as they grow and learn. Outside of work, Salene enjoys spending quality time with her two children, who also attend The Goddard School. She finds joy in family movie nights, knitting, crafting, and caring for her beloved pets—her cat, Amery, and her guinea pig, Luna. Salene’s dedication to nurturing young minds and her enthusiasm for building meaningful connections make her an integral part of The Goddard School community.

• Shelby

  Shelby-Toddler Room Teacher. Shelby has been a valued member of The Goddard School team since August 2022, bringing with her five years of experience working with early childhood-aged children. As a classroom teacher, Shelby is passionate about nurturing her students' individual interests through play and creative expression, especially through art. Outside of her professional life, Shelby enjoys reading, participating in Colorguard, and spending quality time with her dog, Piper. Her dedication to fostering a positive and engaging learning environment helps her students grow and thrive both academically and personally.

• Alex

  Alex-PreK Room Teacher. Alex has been a dedicated member of The Goddard School St. Charles since January 2020. He is passionate about fostering creativity in the classroom and loves watching children have fun as they learn and explore new ideas. Outside of teaching, Alex enjoys spending his free time hiking and gardening, connecting with nature and finding inspiration in the outdoors. His love for creativity and the natural world enhances the positive and engaging environment he brings to his students every day.

• Alicia

  Alicia-Toddler Room Teacher. Alicia became a valued member of The Goddard School team in 2022, bringing her passion for hands-on learning and child development to the classroom. She believes in providing children with the opportunity to make meaningful connections to new materials by offering engaging, interactive resources that spark curiosity and exploration. Outside of teaching, Alicia enjoys participating in dance and spending quality time with her six dogs, embracing her love for movement and animals. Her enthusiasm for both teaching and personal interests enriches the learning environment for her students.

• Autumn

  Autumn- Preschool Room Teacher. Autumn has been an integral part of The Goddard School since December 2020. She is currently pursuing a degree in Psychology at Lindenwood University, bringing her academic insight to her passion for early childhood education. Autumn finds joy in observing how young minds develop and believes that every day presents opportunities for mutual learning between educators and children. She has discovered her calling in the twos and threes classroom, where she witnesses remarkable growth during this pivotal stage of development. Outside of work, Autumn enjoys caring for her daughter, who is also a part of The Goddard School community. She spends her personal time expanding her own horizons by learning French and mastering the ukulele.

• Ava

  Ava-Toddler Room Teacher. Ava has been a dedicated team member at The Goddard School in St. Charles since July 2023. A graduate of Holt High School, Ava is currently pursuing a degree in Special Education at Lindenwood University. Her passion for working with toddlers was sparked early on, and she has since embraced the joy of fostering their growth and development. In addition to her role in the classroom, Ava serves as an office assistant, contributing to the smooth operation of the school’s front office. She finds great fulfillment in watching children grow, learn, and thrive as students. Outside of work, Ava enjoys spending time at the lake, dancing, and capturing special moments through photography. Her enthusiasm and dedication make her a valued member of The Goddard School community.

• Danielle

  Danielle-Toddler Room Teacher. Danielle joined the Goddard School in 2016, bringing her passion for early childhood education and a dedication to supporting young learners. A 2013 graduate of Francis Howell North High School, Danielle has always been committed to fostering an environment where children can explore, learn, and grow. In her classroom, Danielle thrives on creating meaningful connections with her students, celebrating their “I did it” moments as they reach each milestone. Outside of the classroom, Danielle enjoys spending time with her daughters, baking, and crafting, bringing creativity and joy to both her professional and personal life.

• Denise

  Denise-Infant Room Teacher. Denise has been an integral part of the Goddard School team since 2016. She is most often found in the infant room, where her passion for nurturing young minds truly shines. Denise finds immense joy in supporting her students as they reach new milestones, and she approaches each day with enthusiasm and dedication. Her teaching philosophy is rooted in combining fun with learning, fostering an environment where her students feel engaged and supported as they grow and develop. Outside of work, Denise enjoys exploring new restaurants with her husband and close friends. She also takes great pride in celebrating her grandchildren’s achievements, whether on the field or in the classroom. Denise’s warmth, commitment, and love for her students make her an invaluable member of the Goddard School family.

• Evangelynn

  Evangelynn-Pre-K Room Teacher. Evangelynn has been a dedicated educator at The Goddard School in St. Charles since March 2023. Currently working in a Pre-K classroom, she focuses on preparing children for Kindergarten by fostering a love for learning and building meaningful relationships. Passionate about education, Evangelynn is pursuing a degree in Education to further enhance her teaching skills. She finds joy in seeing her students grow academically and socially, striving to create a nurturing and inclusive environment for all. Outside of the classroom, Evangelynn enjoys crocheting and reading, activities that reflect her creativity and love for stories. She is also learning Spanish to better communicate with and support children who are not native English speakers, ensuring every child feels understood and valued. Evangelynn’s dedication to lifelong learning and her commitment to her students make her a valuable member of The Goddard School community.

• Jake

  Jake joined The Goddard School St. Charles in August 2019 and has been an integral part of the team ever since. He is currently pursuing a degree in Education at The University of Missouri St. Louis, with a strong passion for fostering growth and development in young learners. Jake is deeply committed to creating a positive and engaging environment for the children he works with, building strong connections with each student to better support their individual needs and milestones. He takes great joy in witnessing their progress throughout the year, knowing that his work helps shape their future success. Beyond his professional responsibilities, Jake values a balanced lifestyle and enjoys spending his free time staying active. He is passionate about working out, running, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Additionally, Jake loves spending quality time with his family and friends, cherishing the opportunity to create lasting memories with the people who matter most to him.

• Jennifer

  Jennifer-Toddler Room Teacher. Jennifer joined The Goddard School in 2022, bringing with her over two decades of experience in child care and health care. Prior to joining Goddard, she worked in private home health care with the elderly and ran her own home daycare for approximately 23 years. At Goddard, Jennifer is passionate about creating a safe and nurturing classroom environment where students can grow, learn, and explore while developing problem-solving skills. Outside of the classroom, Jennifer enjoys caring for her German shepherd dogs and capturing the beauty of the world around her through photography. Her diverse background and love for both children and animals enrich the educational experience for her students.

• Katelyn

  Katelyn-Toddler Room Teacher. Katelyn joined The Goddard School St. Charles in December 2023 and is passionate about working with children. She finds it incredibly rewarding to watch them grow and learn, and she enjoys creating a positive classroom environment where she can teach and be a good role model for her students. Outside of her professional life, Katelyn loves spending time outdoors, painting, and cooking, which allow her to relax and tap into her creativity. Her dedication to both her students and personal interests makes her a wonderful addition to The Goddard School community.

• Kyla

  Kyla – Infant Room Teacher. Kyla joined our team in January 2025 and brings a passion for nurturing young minds and fostering growth. A proud graduate of North Point High School, she is currently pursuing her degree in Elementary Education at Lindenwood University. Kyla works in one of our infant rooms, where she enjoys the lively and energetic personalities of the babies. She describes her work as endlessly rewarding, sharing that “there is never a dull moment!” Outside of work, Kyla enjoys powerlifting—a hobby that reflects her strength and dedication both in and out of the classroom. She is committed to creating a positive and engaging environment for the children in her care.

• Madison

  Madison-Toddler Room Teacher. Madison is an educator at the Goddard School St. Charles, where she has been working since August 2024 with the younger twos. She enjoys watching their growth and development, and her passion for fostering learning and providing care is evident in her daily work. Madison graduated from Missouri Baptist University in April 2024 with a degree in Health Sciences, and she brings a compassionate, nurturing approach to her role. Outside of her career, Madison enjoys playing soccer and spending quality time with her family and friends.

• Madyson

  Madyson-Infant/Toddler Room Teacher. Madyson joined The Goddard School of St. Charles in March 2023 and has been a dedicated and passionate team member ever since. A proud graduate of Holt High School's Class of 2023, she is currently pursuing her degree in Elementary Education, furthering her commitment to nurturing young minds. With a special affection for working with infants and toddlers, Madyson thrives on witnessing their remarkable growth and development during their early years. Her role as an older sister to two siblings has deeply influenced her love for caring for children and supporting their progress. In her free time, Madyson enjoys spending quality moments with her friends and family, cherishing the connections that bring joy and balance to her life.

• Natalie

  Natalie-Infant Room Teacher. Natalie joined The Goddard School St. Charles in January 2024 and is currently pursuing her Elementary Education degree at Lindenwood University. She is passionate about making a positive impact on her students’ lives and finds joy in seeing the smiles on their faces as they grow and learn. Outside of her professional life, Natalie enjoys shopping, hiking, and riding bikes, activities that allow her to unwind and enjoy the outdoors. Her dedication to both her education and her students makes her a valued member of The Goddard School community.

• Quinn

  Quinn joined The Goddard School St. Charles team in July 2024. A recent graduate of Lindbergh High School (2023), he is currently pursuing a degree in Sports Management at Lindenwood University. Quinn has a genuine passion for working with children, finding fulfillment in helping them grow and learn. Outside of work, Quinn enjoys spending time with friends and staying active through sports. His enthusiasm for both education and athletics makes him a valuable part of the team.

• Thomas

  Tom-Toddler Room Teacher. Tom has been a dedicated member of The Goddard School team since 2015, bringing a deep passion for education and a love for teaching preschool-aged children. Mr. Tom thrives on engaging his students through storytelling and enjoys reading books during circle time, fostering a love for learning and curiosity. He is committed to furthering children's intellectual growth by encouraging exploration and active participation in their environment. Outside of the classroom, Mr. Tom enjoys spending time with his friends and caring for his cat. His warm, engaging approach helps create a nurturing and stimulating atmosphere for his students.

• Tobi

  Tobi-Pre-K Teacher. Tobi has been a dedicated member of The Goddard School, St. Charles team since September 2023. She plays a vital role in the enrichment program, where she focuses on nurturing creativity and preparing children for Kindergarten. Tobi finds joy in working with young learners, fostering their growth, and witnessing their development. Outside of her professional life, Tobi enjoys quality time with her son, shopping, and staying active through regular workouts. • Angel

  Angel joined The Goddard School St. Charles in August 2024 and is currently pursuing her Associates of Arts in Teaching with a focus on Early Childhood at St. Charles Community College. Passionate about fostering children's development, Angel takes great joy in making a positive impact on their growth and watching them reach important milestones. She is dedicated to supporting each child's personal journey and nurturing their potential. Outside of work, Angel enjoys traveling, engaging in arts and crafts, and caring for her dog and cat.

• Jaide

  Jaide-Toddler Room Teacher. Jaide joined The Goddard School St. Charles in April 2024, bringing a strong background in child development and a passion for working with children. A 2022 graduate of Elsberry High School, Jaide earned her Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification the same year, further expanding her expertise in care and education. She also became a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) after passing her test and gaining valuable experience working with children with autism. Jaide is especially passionate about watching children overcome challenges and celebrating their achievements. She loves guiding children as they explore new experiences and observing their interactions with the world around them. Outside of work, Jaide enjoys training dogs and spending time with her friends.

• Kelly

  Kelly-Cook. Kelly has been an integral part of The Goddard School St. Charles team since December 2024. With years of experience as a director, she returned to contribute her talents in the kitchen, ensuring the children are well-nourished and cared for. Kelly finds joy in being part of a child's growth journey, fostering a safe and nurturing environment that supports their development. Her dedication to creating a positive impact on young lives is at the heart of her work. Outside of school, Kelly is a proud mom of two hockey-loving boys, which keeps her busy at the ice rink. When she's not cheering them on, she enjoys relaxing at home with her cuddly Goldendoodle. Kelly’s warmth and commitment shine through in everything she does, both at work and in her personal life.

• Maddie

  Maddie is a dedicated member of The Goddard School St. Charles team, having joined the school in September 2024. A recent graduate of Holt High School, Maddie’s passion for working with children is rooted in her desire to support and inspire young minds as they grow and develop. She is currently pursuing her higher education at Lindenwood University, where she is furthering her academic and professional journey. With a strong commitment to education, Maddie has earned her Paraprofessional Certificate, a credential that reflects her dedication to providing quality support in the classroom. She takes pride in creating a positive and nurturing environment for the children she works with, finding great joy in watching them succeed and reach their potential. Outside of her professional commitments, Maddie enjoys spending her free time exploring the beauty of nature and expressing herself through dance.

• Meadow

  Meadow joined The Goddard School in St. Charles in August of 2024, bringing her passion for early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. A 2023 graduate of Francis Howell Central, she is excited to be part of a nurturing environment where she can contribute to the growth and development of young learners. Outside of the classroom, Meadow enjoys spending quality time with her son and exploring new places. She finds great joy in participating in the unique experiences of children as they grow, learn, and discover the world around them.
